Curious to know what makes our events successful? It takes coordinated effort and collaboration among our volunteers. By signup and helping in one of the following roles, you ensure our supporters have a wonderful experience at our events.

Event Host: Responsible for planning and executing the overall event, including developing the theme, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, overseeing logistics, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.

Volunteer Coordinator: Responsible for recruiting and managing volunteers, including, but not limited to the roles listed below, for the event. Also responsible for assigning roles and responsibilities, providing training, and ensuring that volunteers are supported and motivated throughout the event.

Communications Coordinator: Responsible for creating and distributing promotional materials, managing social media and other digital channels, and ensuring that the event is effectively marketed to the target audience.

Logistics Coordinator: Responsible for managing the physical logistics of the event, including coordinating with vendors and suppliers, arranging for equipment and supplies, and ensuring that everything is set up and ready to go on the day of the event.

Outreach Coordinator: Responsible for engaging with the target audience before and during the event, promoting the organization's mission and values, and encouraging participation and engagement.

Fundraising Coordinator: Responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support the event, including sponsorships, donations, and other revenue streams.

Entertainment Coordinator: Responsible for planning and coordinating entertainment and activities for the event, including music, games, and other attractions that will engage and entertain attendees.

Safety Coordinator: Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of attendees and volunteers throughout the event, including managing emergencies and coordinating with medical personnel as needed.

Greeter: Responsible for welcoming and orienting event attendees when they arrive at the event, providing them with information about their roles and responsibilities, and ensuring that they are comfortable and well-supported throughout the event.

Cleanup Coordinator: Responsible for ensuring that the event site is cleaned up and returned to its original condition after the event, including managing waste disposal and coordinating with other vendors and suppliers as needed.
