The mission of the Nevada Forward Party is to restore a functional and responsive government that works for all citizens. Our goal is to reinvent what a political party should be by starting from a refreshingly simple premise: Every solution most Americans can support. We reject extreme partisanship and work together in good faith to solve problems and govern effectively.

At the core of our mission is the idea that we can and should work together to find solutions to the challenges we face, rather than being beholden to rigid ideologies or special interests. We believe that by fostering a spirit of collaboration, respect, and empathy, we can build a stronger and more prosperous society for everyone. To achieve this, we are committed to promoting policies that prioritize the common good, and to supporting leaders who are willing to put aside partisan politics and work towards shared goals. 

We are a new political home for Americans who are tired of dysfunction and extremism, and eager to work together across ideological divides to solve problems and govern effectively.

We believe that by working together and having open, honest, and respectful conversations, we can find common ground and make progress on issues that matter to all Nevadans. Our party is for anyone who wants to put country over party, and who believes that collaboration and compromise are key to achieving meaningful change.

Whether you're a moderate, a progressive, a conservative, or somewhere in between, we believe that there is a place for you in the Nevada Forward Party. Our party is for those who believe that we can achieve more when we work together than when we are divided.

The national party sets principles, state parties set priorities, and candidates take positions on policies. Voters choose the policies via a candidate who best represents them, and this drives the policy platform of their state's Forward Party. We design solutions that can work and deliver results for the community

The Nevada Forward Party is focused on getting ballot access in 2024 and election reform, specifically passing "Yes On 3" which would implement open primaries and ranked-choice voting. This would give more people more choice and more of a voice in our elections

The Nevada Forward Party encourages healthy policy debate and welcomes different perspectives as long as they are not extreme or hurtful. We believe in finding common ground and working towards practical solutions that benefit all Nevadans. We look for solutions that align with our 3 priorities: Free People, Thriving Communities, Vibrant Democracy.

However, we must also recognize that our current political system is broken and limits our ability to make meaningful change. That's why we're supporting the ballot initiative Yes On 3, which would adopt open primaries and ranked-choice voting in Nevada. This change would help break the stranglehold of the two major parties on our politics and encourage more diverse and representative candidates to run for office.

Without these reforms, we believe that it will be difficult to see any real progress on the issues that matter to us. We're eager to see a more dynamic and inclusive political landscape in Nevada, where new ideas and voices can be heard and given a fair chance.
