Objective:
At the Nevada Forward Party, we believe that aligning our volunteers with tasks, teams, and events that resonate with their core values ensures a fulfilling and productive experience for all. Our objective with this survey is to better understand the values that resonate with you. By doing so, we hope to enhance our volunteer onboarding process, ensuring that you're placed in roles where you can shine and make the most significant impact.
What is the BANK Code?
The BANK Code system is a personality assessment tool that classifies people into four major code categories: Blueprint, Action, Nurturing, and Knowledge. Each category represents a set of values and drives that influence our behaviors, decisions, and interactions. By understanding these categories and their corresponding values, we can improve team dynamics, enhance communication, and ensure that our volunteers find joy and purpose in their roles.
Instructions:
Below are four codes, each with a set of values. Please rank these codes from 1 (most important) to 4 (least important) based on your personal preferences and beliefs. After ranking them, you'll be provided with letter combinations representing each category. Select the combination that best matches your rankings.
